Do I need to purchase a subscription?
Nope! Once you have HiWave, you can use all of it’s features!
Does HiWave work on all phones?
HiWave stickers will scan on almost all Android phones, as well as recent iPhones (any version released after the iPhone X). The app is compatible with most phones, regardless of make or model.
Do I need to download the HiWave app?
You don’t need the HiWave app to scan a HiWave sticker. When you scan or tap a sticker, your phone’s web browser will pop up with the sticker’s content.
You do need to download the app in order to setup your own HiWave sticker.
What happens to my sticker if I get a new phone?
Once you’ve made a HiWave profile, there’s no limit to the amount of stickers you can link to it. So when you get a new phone, you don’t have to worry about keeping your same old sticker. Simply order a fresh one and then connect it to your original profile.
Where should I position my HiWave?
We recommend placing your HiWave on the bottom half of the back of your phone, since this spot is one of the easiest for others to scan.
Do I have to put the HiWave sticker on my phone?
Nope! You can put your HiWave anywhere you want—from your wallet to your laptop screen to your checkout counter (if you’re a business). Your HiWave, your rules. You decide!
